Need Advice on Making Gray Hair Less Orange

I have hair that is 70% gray and 30% dark brown. I made a batch of Mehandi.com's Raj. Twilight with 400g of Henna and Organic Cranberry Juice. I let it dye release for 12 hours and got a nice orange stain, then did a strand test for 8 hours, keeping the sample warm close to my body. But the sample came out much more orange than I would like. I posted a photo of my before and after hair colors here, but they both look darker in the photo than they actually are. https://www.flickr.com/photos/skyedawnmarie/

The gray is actually much lighter, and the test strand is much more orange, even after oxidizing for the past 6 days. I would like to achieve a cooler reddish auburn without the orange. The henna is frozen and I have 50g of Mehandi.com Indigo on order. Should I use it all and add some salt? I do not want my gray hair to turn brown, I definitely want a red to reddish auburn. I could not get the direct link to work, but I would like my hair to look like the photo of ladyaerin84 in the red coat, far down, all the way to the right side of the Flickr Henna For Hair main page: https://www.flickr.com/groups/hennaforhair/

Also, how long should I let the Hendigo sit on my hair? Any advice from all you wonderful experts out there would be so appreciated!
