Juiced? (or sauced...)
Hi, have opportunity to experiment w/ some Ancient Sunrise Jasmine henna (hair application,) maybe next week... It's been suggested that some good alternatives to lemon juice include ACV, apple juice or cranberry juice (singly, not all at once...) I am wondering if anyone has mixed henna with tomato juice and/or tomato paste? If so, to what result? Not sure if it would be totally unappetizing or what.... still, tomatoes are acidic, yes? Thanks!

Never thought to try that! seems like it should work, but you'll smell tomato-y for a bit =).

I cant see it doing anything for the color, but it would make for an interesting experiment. If you do it, let us know how it turns out! I think we're all super curious.

Well if nothing else, the tomato juice/sauce/paste mixture w/henna sift might be fairly creamy.... and we can always save part of the remainders (before adding henna) for dinner! Will report findings...
