How to suppress the smell of Cassia
I have been reading about how many people do not like the smell of cassia. In fact i hesitated to use it because everyone said it smelled so bad. So i wanted to come up with a way to use it without everyone at work being able to smell it. I used vanilla extract. I poured about 1 1/2 tbl of vanilla in less than 100 of of cassia. I used plain water and i added two drops of essential lemon oil. The smell was greatly minimized while mixing although i could smell it. I applied it, left it on for three hours and washed with a non sulfate shampoo. There was a slight odor for a day or maybe two. I don't think anyone else could smell it. After that nothing. No smell at all. I hope this helps someone. I have gotten so much help from this forum and i wanted to pay it forward.

sounds nice - I like to use vanilla extract too, or vanilla instant pudding mix. Cassia's scent never bothered me at all, sort of hay-like.
