new way to transfer?

I am brand new at henna soemthings I can freehand as I do draw but with symetrical stuff  I wrry I won't get it right. I have done tattoos as I had an apprentice ship for a while so tried the transfer paper but don't like the blue residue on the henna so today I did the celtic knot that has three parts with a circle the name escapes me at the moment so I helt the printed knot up to a window drew on the backside with the watercolor pencil wet her wrist like we used to for gumball tattoos then put the design on the wrist held a washcloth over it until the paer was damp gave me anice image to work with. Maybe it's a known method but thought I'd throw it out there as an idea.

Yep, great idea. Watercolor pencils can also be used to sketch out the main lines of a design directly on the skin!
