Altering the recipe to make it stick?

I mixed up a batch of henna and just tested it out. I don't think I added enough sugar, since it's horribly cracky and doesn't stick to my skin. But, I already filled 6 cones with it! Is there any way to save this batch?

Sure.  Cut the cones with a large opening, squeeze them back into a bowl, mix in more sugar, and a bit more henna powder if needed to keep it from getting too runny, then put it into a new cone, test it, and if it works, fill 5 more new cones.  : ).  Been there, done that.  You can rescue it.

Well if it were me I would just open the cones and add more suagr to the mix and re-cone. Cone supplies are cheaper than a new batch of henna, right? :)
