blue in the face...

So it clearly says on one of the books to not use Ancient Blue on the face, because it is concentrated and alkaline.

I was wondering, is there any way to dilute it so that it isn't dangerous? I'm sure all sorts of people want to put this stuff near the eyes and mouth. Is there any safe ways to do so?

Even if you can, it wouldn't be worth the effort. Skin on the face is so thin and exfoliates so quickly that it wouldn't last anyway. You would be better off to try something else, like temptu temporary tatoo paint.

Fistly it wouldn't work, secondly it would not be safe. This product is NOT for use on the face. Plenty of make-up options and temporary tattoo  products that are more appropriate.

Aside from the fact that it's not safe, there are way too many lines on the face, even on young faces, that would make it very frustrating to attempt.  The design would not hold its form.  It would be a runny feathery mess.  Blue works best on large areas of flat skin.  Wrists, fingers, ankles feather quite a bit and it's hard to keep a nice line.
