Cassia for conditioning and amla to enhance waves?
I'm not yet brave enough to go red or dark with henna. I would like to condition my hair that has been colored multiple times with chemical hair color. I would also like to enhance the natural wave I already have going on. My hair is a dark blonde/light brown so I'm pretty certain the cassia won't change the color. So how, and in what order, would I use cassia and amla?

Yes, cassia and amla are the best options for what you are looking for. Cassia will not change the color of your hair, as it is a very weak dye that will only affect the color of very light blonde or white hair when mixed with an acidic liquid. I would recommend using cassia followed by amla. Cassia for conditioning should be mixed with warm water, applied to the hair, and left on for about an hour. Amla should be mixed with hot water, left to stand for 15 minutes, and applied to the hair for a few minutes.
